Your store doesn't seem to be open or stocked.
I prefer to do limited runs my items to lessen my load and to be able to deliver the best quality item! If there is an item you really wish to return, feel free to let me know but no guarantees that past items will return once the run is finished.
I am also only a single person trying to come up with new merchandise and overseeing a lot of what goes into my brand and store. Please be patient and wait for the next cool thing I have in store for you!
How come I can't make an order?
It is possible that the item is sold out or the pre-order period has ended. Also possible that my store is closed for the time being.
If it is not due to the reasons above, it may be due to a system error or other reasons outside of my control. If restarting your computer, web browser, or router doesn't fix the issue, all you can do is wait until it does.
I missed the pre-order period! What do I do?
Fret not! I will always order a few extras for this reason, unless circumstances say otherwise!
People may cancel pre-orders before it gets shipped leaving extras. Once the initial batch has shipped, I will make any extra available for purchase!
Do you do collabs or requests?
This is something I have yet to decide on myself but will look into doing. I'm more open to the idea of a collaboration than requests, but feel free to discuss with me privately on this if you're interested.

What is Orenji?
A tangerange (tangerine and orange). It's not real, I made it up. They are also the mascot of my brand!
Shipping
Do you ship overseas?
I can, but shipping outside of the USA will cost more. If that is okay with you, I am more than happy to comply!
Please check beforehand if the product I am sending to you is allowed to be shipped to your country.
What do you use for shipping?
I will primarily be shipping my items out via USPS with the cheapest option available with tracking. This will mean that it can take up to or longer than a month overseas.
I do not offer UPS as an option at this point in time, sorry!
When do you ship the items?
I am admittedly not a very punctual person so I do batch shipments to lessen the load on myself and to lessen trips made outside of my home due to covid.
I am currently aiming to deliver packages at least once or twice a month. If orders exceed a certain amount, I will make a trip ahead of time.
This may change in the future.
How about customs charges?
I am using Pirate Ship to handle my shipping costs. If they do not calculate customs fees into the final pricing, this will be paid by you out of your pocket.
Are there areas you cannot ship to?
I cannot ship to any place that USPS cannot ship to. Here are the following areas I cannot ship to:
- Afghanistan
- Belarus
- Brunei Darussalam
- Central African Republic
- Cuba
- Gaza Strip
- Laos (accepting Priority Mail Express International only)
- Myanmar (accepting Priority Mail Express International only)
- Niue (accepting Priority Mail Express International only)
- Russian Federation
- Syrian Arab Republic
- Yemen
For personal reasons, I will not be shipping to Israel due to the ongoing genocide of Palestinians. I do not equate the actions of your goverment reflective of you personally, but I do not feel comfortable with conducting any business with anyone from Isreal at this current point in time.
Returns and Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Full refunds are only issued if I had not shipped an item out within the specified timeslots listed above (without any updates at all), it was a purchase made within 3 days of payment, or it is still in pre-order stage. I do not issue full refunds in any other situations outside of that.
Partial refunds may be allowed depending on the circumstance and can be discussed privately and civilly.
Can I make a return?
All purchases once shipped are final and non-returnable. Returns are only possible under the following circumstances:
- The item is in the wrong size
- The item shipped to you was the wrong item
Shipping is not covered for any returns that are not a product of my mistake. You will need to pay for shipping to send it back to me.
I do not accept returns on items damaged by the mail carriers.
