The Right to Refuse Service
If there ever comes a situation where doing business has caused myself or my staff an inexplicable amount of trouble or grief despite how civil we are being towards you, it is possible that we will refuse service to you entirely.
We may be an online storefront, but it does not mean you can treat myself or my staff rudely and unfairly.
We put this here as a firm warning that we can and will refuse services to you should the occassion arise. It is a worker's right in this store.
Refund Policy
Full refunds can be issued within 3 days of purchase when requested by the buyer.
Other occasions in which a full refund can be issued after the 3 days is up:
- An item you ordered is still in pre-order period
- The staff made a mistake on your order
- Our website (bigcartel) processed your order incorrectly within a week of checkout
- We did not ship your order out within the time periods listed and no update has been issued regarding the delay
Partial refunds can be issued for any other situations outside of the 3 day period.
Refunds cannot and will not be issued once an item has been shipped.
We do not offer refunds on items damaged by mail carriers.
We can offer something else in compensation for damaged goods depending on the serverity and type of damage that occured.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns on items unless:
- The item is in the wrong size
- The item shipped to you is the wrong item
We do not accept returns on damaged items that occurred during shipment.
